When I attempted my TurboTax 2017 program I was instructed to reinstall due to a corrupted file. I have my installation key.
You can download the software using the links below and then use the installation that you already have to activate it.
This does not link to a telephone number, just a the generic menu. Useless.
I am experiencing the same problem with TT2023 Standard. Can't seem to find any Intuit or TT resource to provide me with a usable download. Very convoluted and confusing support resources. I'd just like to talk to someone and resolve the issue without all the run around.

During tax season (February 20 to May 1), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:
During the rest of the year (May 2 to February 19), we're available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
