What version of TurboTax do you use? Are you using TurboTax Assist Basic, which is $70 per return? https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/assist-review

If you used a product worth $70, you must pay the cost; otherwise, you can start a new return using the TurboTax DIY version. https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/online
