Why am I being charged for 2 self-employment returns ($65 each ) when only one spouse is self-employed? Seems like a rip off to me.
Unfortunately, when you do a joint return you will both be charged the same as that is the software being used. The way to save money would be to purchase your TurboTax software at a retailer near you.
