This issue was flagged to customer support two weeks ago, and no update yet resolving. Looking for a confirmation of a timeline for resolution.
The issue is as per the title. Have self-employment income on a T4A, which is being properly calculated on the federal T2125; however, the income is not being calculated on the QC TP-80. Entering the income manual requires overriding the calculated field, making the return inadmissible for NETFILE.
If your type of business requires a T2125 P(1) and TP80 P(1), the issue of amounts not transferring from T2125 to TP80 has been reported and we have an ongoing investigation about it. Our team is working to resolve it as soon as possible.
We made some tests and all other T2125/TP80 are working as designed.
We do not recommend any direct input and suggest you wait until the issue has been resolved to allow the software to make its calculations correctly.
We will inform you in this thread when will have news.
Thank you for your patience.
@KevinLang If you are using TurboTax Desktop, updates were available this morning. Please make sure to update your software. Amounts from T2125(P) - part 3B and 3C should now report properly in TP80(P) - part 3 line 128.
We tested it this morning and it's working.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
