I was separated in 2019 I do not have custody of my kids right now. Do I claim separated and no kids? Even though I do have children just not living with me.
Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to still claim some expenses for your kids even if they didn’t live with you, like medical expenses, tuition transfer, eligible dependant, etc…
