Software keeps asking me for my administrator password. I have been using your software for years and this has never happened before. I don't have it

It looks like your Windows OS is requires an administrator password to allow you to install software. If you are on a network that's run by your employer, your school or some other organization you would need to talk to the system administrator or IT department to help you with this issue. If this is your own computer, try using the password that you use to login to your computer with. If that doesn't work, you may need to seek assistance from Microsoft to recover or reset your password.
