System has stopped me inputting data saying i need upgrade,, cannot seem to backwards.. how do i do upgrade?

am in process of inputting income data..  error shows in red box,,

System has stopped me inputting data saying i need upgrade,, cannot seem to backwards.. how do i do upgrade?

You can upgrade or switch to a different version of TurboTax after you've started your 2023 return.

To upgrade your version of TurboTax:

 

  1. Make sure you’re signed into TurboTax and have opened your return.
  2. If you haven't already, complete the intro questions until the menu appears.
  3. Then you will be asked if you want help with taxes.
  4. Select the product that best suits your needs.
  5. Select Upgrade from the menu.
  6. We'll prompt you to pay only when you want to print or e-file your taxes (unless you choose Full Service). You can also prepay at any time:
    • Select File from the menu (don’t worry, you don’t have to file yet—this just gets you to the payment section).
    • Select Start or Revisit next to Review your order.
    • You’ll see a summary of your order. Select your payment method.
    • Enter your details as applicable and select Confirm Payment.

Once you’ve paid you can go to Tax Home to access your upgraded features.
