                The "Access your filed tax returns" section only shows completed TurboTax Online returns that have been submitted through NETFILE, or where you've chosen the option to Print & Mail. TurboTax Desktop & TurboTax Business (T2) returns won't show there.
If you aren't seeing a completed return there, and have more than one account, your returns might be in another account. Or maybe your previous returns were done on a spouse/partner's account (if applicable).
