    The keys I was given from TT support to re-install TT on my new computer don't work. Can I get new Keys?

    The original case numbers are 16759608 and 1539343722.

    Can you please provide more information about your problem? Are you getting an error message? What tax year of TurboTax Desktop are you trying to install?
