There has been silence form the CRA?

I sent my first ever tax return as per the turbotax instructions, unfortunately I did not send it tracked. I sent it the same time as my room mates who are all in the same position and pay grade. We got the same tax back quote too. They received theirs and I never received mine. 4 weeks after they received theirs I sent it again tracked. My friend also sent hers the same week. She received hers last week. All of these were paper returns from the same town. Because its my first time filing, I cannot access CRA or use the phone service. All I know is that C Schmidt signed for the return. What do I do, there has been silence form the CRA?

It can sometimes take longer than 4 weeks for your income tax return to be processed.  Eventhough it is your first time filing an income tax return, you can periodically call the Canada Revenue Agency to check on the status because once your return is processed, you will be able to have phone service available.  The phone number is 1 800 959 8281.
