This software is getting more expensive and crappier every year. The **bleep** thing wasn't working until recently because of forms that needed to be updated and now it won't load past the update. There are links for manual updates but they are for the American version. money grab from the CRA and these clowns...

Please try the update again. if it doesn't work, please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.
