Turbotax checkout wants to charge for two returns. I only have prepared one. Please help correct the problem.

If you have prepared your return together with a spouse/common-law partner, then this counts as two returns, so you will be billed for both.

 

If you have prepared your return just for yourself, and are still being double charged, please contact our phone support as they will be better able to assist you. This form will help you get the right number: https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/
