Are you trying to prepare a tax return for 2017 but seem to be in a 2016 return?

To prepare a tax return for 2017, you need to sign into TurboTax for tax year 2017. If you sign in with the same user ID and password as last year, when you start a new return for 2017, TurboTax will help you transfer your 2016 info in your 2017 return to give you a big head start.

Sign in to TurboTax for tax year 2017 here: https://ww1.2017.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/?_swlg=en

(or browse to TurboTax.ca, select the orange sign in button in the upper-right and then choose Start or Continue My 2017 tax return from the menu)

You filed? CRA's NETFILE service closed for annual maintenance on January 19th and will be closed until February 26th. If you printed the return and mailed it, you should contact the CRA by phone so they know to disregard the envelope when they receive it.

If you prepared and paid for a TurboTax 2016 return by mistake, please give us a call for a refund: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3152013
