Two T4s from the same employer, from two different provinces

Hi, 

I have received 2 T4s from the same employer, as I worked in BC for a few months and then I moved to Ontario.
Would I have to file 2 separate slips for each province, or can I add both my earnings into 1 slip.

You have to enter each T4 separately, even if they are from the same province.
