What do I do if the turbotax software download for a desktop will not start up once downloaded?

The turbotax software ends up at a blank page and won't progress any further

Please make sure that you don't have any anti-virus or security software that is blocking TurboTax from properly communicating with the internet. You can also try running the installer as an Administrator.
