    what t4 do i use to enter info in regards to a monthly annuity I receive?

    I've a T4A so do i enter info under T4A RCA?

    what t4 do i use to enter info in regards to a monthly annuity I receive?

    If you received a T4A, then you would use the T4A slip. You would only use the T4A-RCA if you actually received a T4A-RCA, they are two different slips.
