    When I open turbo tax asks to update. Give permission to update. Then unable to open turbo tax.

    Once I give permission the program does not open automatically.

    When I open turbo tax asks to update. Give permission to update. Then unable to open turbo tax.

    Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.
