    When I try to open Turbotax I get the message MSVCRR110.dll not found?

    When I try to open Turbotax I get the message MSVCRR110.dll not found?

    Are you using the TurboTax CD/Download version rather than a TurboTax Online edition as you've indicated above?

    Try downloading and reinstalling TurboTax: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp
