Where do I enter my commission?

I am an Isagenix consultant and I do not get a T4 for my commission income.  I do not know where I add this into?  I also don't know where I add the fees that I pay to Isagenix to be a coach as well as my other expenses.

From what you have described, you are likely considered to be self-employed for tax purposes. Self-employment income and expenses are recorded on the form T2125 Statement of Business activities.
