Where do I enter premiums paid to a group term life insurance plan? It is in box 119 on my T4A and it says to enter on line 10400

When you enter the amount into Box 119 in TurboTax, it will automatically put it on Line 10400 for you.

My amount for line 119 has been entered 3 times.  How do I correct?

I entered 28.95 on Line 119, but it shows up as  $86.85.   can't figure out how to correct it
