It sounds like you'll need to prepare both a personal return and a corporate return, and so you'll need two different TurboTax editions.

TurboTax Business Incorporated is the edition you'll need to prepare a T2 return for your incorporated business: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/business-tax-software/business-incorporated.jsp

For your personal taxes, you'll need to prepare a T1 return. You need to file a personal return to report your employment income (from t-slips) and any self-employment income you might be paying yourself from your incorporated business. If you have self-employment income (i.e. not t-slip based), you might want to check out our TurboTax Self-Employed edition. It comes with extra, expert guidance for reporting self-employment income and expenses. If not, TurboTax Standard is a good choice. You can always start with TurboTax Free or TurboTax Standard and then upgrade as you go if you find you'd like some more guidance. https://turbotax.intuit.ca/personal-tax-software/online-tax-software.jsp
