Why can I not see my 2023 tax return that was filed?

Are you using TurboTax Online? If so: 

1. Sign in to TurboTax Online.
2. On the My Account and Returns screen, select Open next to Access your filed tax returns.
3. You'll see a list of your filed tax returns.

If your return isn't in your account, you may have used a different account to file your tax return.
