Why can't I enter any information? All of the sections are locked

Does anyone know why I can't fill out anything with my taxes? I imported my forms from last year and then I get to the first screen lets do your taxes. I can click on my province to see the 'changes' and that's it. There is just a back button.

All of the sections on the left side are showing a lock beside them. This is the same for all the imported forms and also if I create a new tax form. I can see the manual forms and complete it that way, but it won't let me do the easy step.

I've rebooted, updated etc. all the usual stuff with no luck. I have no idea why I can't fill out anything, I've never had this happen to me before...

Please try clicking on the "Continue" button in the bottom right until you reach the "Income & Expenses" section. Everything should unlock at that point.
