Why did the live help option disappear from my account?
I had the live help option available this morning but it was not during open hours. I have questions about my return because my refund amount seems off (was expected to get $1200 but recieved almost $3900) and I can't access my CRA account to view my NOA until I receive an access code in the mail. Now the live help option is not available and I have no way to contact anybody at all for help with this and I'm not sure what I should do.
Why did the live help option disappear from my account?
The Live Help option is no longer there due to your return having been Netfiled already. Our representatives may not be able to help now that the return has been Netfiled, for further assistance you can call them by using our link: Contact Us.
