Why is it asking me to pay when i chose free efile. my income is only 2000. it wont let me choose file until i pay and i don't know what to do to file now
If you have added Plus or upgraded your return then
you will be asked to pay for the upgrade. Unfortunately, once you done this,
there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features. You would need to
create a new return and start over to go back to the original product.
