Why is it saying I'm claiming SR&ED when all I put in my boxes were a T4, rent and medical expenses?

As my question asked, all I used in my claim was my T4, my rent amount and medical expenses for prescriptions.  But TurboTax won't let me NetFile because somehow I'm claiming SR&ED expenses.

Return to the Tslips screen where all of the different slips are listed. Click through and check a) the information recorded on the T4 screen matches your T4 exactly and b) no other T slips have entries. 

There are some slips to pay particular attention to when looking for an incorrect entry. Look for an entry on the T3 screen - box 41.
