If you used TurboTax Online, do you have more than one account? If so, the 2024 return might be there. Or maybe your return was done on a spouse/partner's account (if applicable)?

I phoned your call centre and the Product group told me to use the 2024 URL - i can see all the tax docs there but the return shows as In Progress. They transferred me to the Tax specialists who said that the return was completed and filed (which is true - CRA got the return and issued my NOA). The Tax team cannot help me with that. They said it's a system glitch and the Product team should help, so - can someone on the tech side fix this? Tax said the Audit Defense button would not be active if the return was incomplete.

I see you've used Full Service. Have you checked your email? Usually, you will receive an email with a copy of your filed return.
I have requested a call back from the Full Service department so that they can assist you in retrieving a copy of your 2024 tax return.
Thanks. But this is not my ask. I need to see 2024 listed on my completed returns. Can you fix that?
If you used the same account, it should still be there. Unfortunately, we are unable to fix it on our end. Someone from that department will contact you and investigate this for you. We really appreciate your patience.
