Why is TurboTax so much more expensive this year?

I seem to remember paying $19.99 last year, this year basic is $40 and it keeps pushing the upgraded version for $70 or $90 at me.  This is an unreasonable increase.

Are you talking about TurboTax Full Service or TurboTax CD/Download? Because TurboTax Basic CD/Download is currently $25 for 4 returns, while TurboTax Full Service Basic is $56 per return, and those are the only two products we have called Basic.
