Sorry to hear you are having difficulty. If you are attempting to NETFILE your return, CRA's NETFILE service is down for system maintenance until Monday, February 26, 2018, Once it reopens, you'll be able to file your return.
If you would like to prepare a "coupled" return (meaning your return and your wife's returns are prepared simultaneously), that option is available at the beginning of the process.
