I completed the Turbotax filing, I owe money , but it keeps looping to the CRA webnsite and back without leting me pay, even though I have selected interac payment twice.  The file was subm,itted, registration with CRA successful, but stilll no payment window...

You can directly go to CRA's website to pay:

https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/fppp/mypymnt/pub/ntr.action?request_locale=en_CA

On that site, select "Individual income tax (T1)" and continue following the steps indicated.
