Professional ass'n/ license fees - I have both employment income and self-employment income. Can I claim these fees twice? If not, which place is better to claim? Thx :)

You cannot claim the amount for your professional fees twice.  You may either claim them as a business expense on your T2125, or as a professional fees expense on line 212.  It doesn't matter which way you claim it, your net taxable income will be the same.
