I need to go back to CRA to reimport tax slips that weren't there the first time I tried. I am navigating to Re-import but when I click Continue, it doesn't even try to connect to CRA, it just moves on to prompting me to enter manually. This used to work (this year). What is wrong?

No, it consistently fails.
If you are using TurboTax Online, Try clearing cookies and cache or try using a different browser. If you are using a TurboTax Desktop version please make sure that your software is up-to-date. As this function should be working. Autofill was down yesterday morning by CRA but it is up and running now.
