How can I ask for a review from Turbotax? My CRA response was entirely different and much lower

My Turbo response showed I would receive 1600$ more than I actually have. How can CRA response be so different?

When the CRA makes adjustments to one's returns, the explanation of what changed is included on your Notice of Assessment.
