We have 3 accounts - 2 in credit unions and 1 with a financial group. We can't enter the interest from these accounts because we do not have a user name or password, only our name and our account numbers (for credit unions) and only names for the financial group. How do we enter these accounts on the TurboTax form?
You will have to manually enter the information. On the screen where you are trying to import, you will see I'll type it in myself on the bottom right-hand corner. Click on that option and enter the information on the screens that follow.
