I am trying to start my 2016 return but it won't transfer my 2015 info. It begins the process but then I just get a window saying it's transferring the data. Nothing happens and then it just logs me out because it has taken too long.

What browser are you using try and use a different browser.  You can also try cleaning out your browser cookies as well.  If this does not work fix the error, contact us with your e-mail we will be in touch as soon as we're made aware of the status of the feature.
