I bought ESPP with Computershare, then transferred those shares to TD Ameritrade and sold them.
TD Ameritrade shows a huge gain because the cost basis was not transferred.
All I got from Computershare is a 3922, but there is no clear way to enter that in TurboTax to reflect the cost basis.
Is there an easy way to import a 3922 into TurboTax? if not, why not, and how do I enter the cost basis so I don't pay capital gains on the entire sale amount since there is no cost listed at TD Ameritrade?

You cannot import a Form 3922 into TurboTax. TurboTax has interview for the sale of ESPP stock. Do not import you Form 1099-B with the sale of the ESPP stock. Instead, enter it yourself. To do so in TurboTax, (if using Online be sure you are logged in to your return):
