As a small business owner who does not own his own home but one who uses a portion of the home for my business (Bed and Breakfast) ?
As per CRA- information on Bed & Breakfast owners- what you can claim as expenses - if you are renting the house, you will claim expenses only on the portion of the house you are using for the B & B.
