CAI remains ticked even if I unticked it. Is this okay? I live in Toronto from the list of CMAs.

@anil-akb-gmail-c  - the CRA automatically determines your eligibility and will tell you if you are entitled to receive the benefit. As long as you selected the correct city where you lived for the tax year,  you should be good.
