Can I claim my property taxes

I left a request for a call back and when I got the call it was an automated voice asking me to press 3 or 4 . I pressed 4 to talk with a representative and I was disconnected as if I had pressed 3 to cancel the call

If the property tax is for your personal home, you cannot deduct.  If it is charged to an income property, such as a rental, then you can claim a deduction against the income.  If you rent a portion of your home, you can claim an equivalent portion of the property tax.
