On the Federal part of your return, you can't claim your property taxes on your return unless you use your home to earn income somehow.
But some provinces do have a property tax related credit. If you live in one of those provinces, then you will find the credit by going to the provincial part of the return. In TurboTax online you can do this by selecting Provincial > Provincial Tax Credits from the left side menu.
