Can I claim the energy efficient washer and dryer that we bought for our primary residence (not business related)?

The province of Québec has their RénoVert tax credit, to encourage Québecers to make their homes more energy efficient: https://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/citizens/tax-credits/renovert-tax-credit/

There's currently no similar credit at the federal level or for the other provinces.
