    Capital gains/loss info entered with T5008/RL18 slips. Acquisition costs entered. Does "Capital Gains" section need to be completed with a manual repeat of all the info

    Capital gains/loss info entered with T5008/RL18 slips. Acquisition costs entered. Does "Capital Gains" section need to be completed with a manual repeat of all the info

    The software automatically reports the data you enter on the T5008 and RL-18 slips on the Federal Schedule 3 and Québec Schedule G (respectively); you do not need to fill out the Capital Gains section for the same dispositions.
