Box 30 information gets automatically calculated by TurboTax.  You need to enter boxes 151 to 158 to calculate Capital gains (losses).

You can enter T5013 slip by going to the menu Income > T-Slips > T5013 Partnership Income 

Click on the button link Edit or Enter New button if you don't have any T5013 slips entered yet on the summary page.
