How can Rev Canada re-assess my 2015 return and ask for $16,000.00 when I received a refund of $8,000.00 for the same tax year?

There may have been a slip missing that you were not aware of.  There can be a number of reasons for this.  If it was not explained in your notice of assessment, you will have to contact CRA for an explanation. 1-800-959-8281
