Go back and double-check your entries.
You may have rental properties (ie: US) that you have entered?
You may have filled out the T1135 form?
If you have entered any foreign tax credit entries, in the “Find” icon at the top of the screen, type in “Foreign Tax Credit” and it will open the screen needed.
Alternately, you may want to contact our support team as they have the option to view your screen if needed. If the agent is unable to resolve this, you may request to have your issue “escalated” to a higher level.
Here is how to reach them. Answer the questions, so it guides you towards the right team. Apply the drop downs and you will get a phone number specified to your question (ie - support, care):
