How do i enter foreign pension income from France subject to a tax treaty?

You can do this by clicking the “Find” button (magnifying glass) and searching for “foreign”. Then select “Foreign Income” from the list and click on the “Go” button. On the “Foreign Income - Summary” page, click on “Enter New Foreign Income for [Name]”. On the “Foreign Slip” page, there is a box for “Pension income exempt under a tax treaty” in the left column, where you can put your amount.

do I put the full amount of French pension income exempt?  I never receive slip from France.
