How do I know if I had "Did you have investment income reported on a slip?" I don't know, or cant remember
Investment income reported on a slip most commonly includes T3, T5, T5008 slips. If you received any of these slips, you can answer "Yes" to that question.
If you are unsure if you received any of these slips, you can sign in to your CRA My Account online and check for the slips, or use the CRA AutoFill My Return service and they will be imported to your tax return.
