use TurboTax to prepare a 2014 1047NR tax return? If so what module to use? anyone has an answer?

TurboTax Canada does not have the required form.  You would need the US version or have a US tax preparer handle it for you.  Hopefully if the property is worth more than $100,000 you are up to date on your T1135 filings.
