I generate Rental Income from a property that I do not own. I pay rent on the property and then Sublet out to others. T776 does not seem to address this arrangement.

T776 does not prompt for the expense of paying Rent each month, since it is assumed that I am an/the owner of the property. But I do not own the property, I am paying rent. How do I calim the expense of rent?

There is a line on the T776 for real estate rentals called "other" expenses.  Put it there.
