I have a short-term rental in my home and the tax form does not allow me to enter the cost of utilities. Where can I find that under self employment deductions?

You can enter the expense as "Utilities for business property", which is on the last page of the list of expenses. Remember that you can only claim the portion of the utilities expense that comes from your rental unit, not from the part of the property you live in.
